5,000 square feet for $600k is really not a bad price with the way things are today. I know that prices in texas are generally pretty buyer friendly (like Utah).
For a high end home just outside of Dallas the money for the house really doesn’t seem all that bad. I recall living outside of houston years ago and loving just about everything about the area. I am excited to move back to the area soon!

I like how these homes are built of stone. It matches the desert feel of TX. Is this type of building supposed to keep the homes from getting too hot? I wonder why California homes aren’t built this way. These homes look beautiful!
very nice house can any one tell me this house is how many year old… well mentationed
Wow that really is a great price for 5,000 square feet, especially if all the houses look like they do in the picture. Thanks for the information!
Just moved to Australia and it could not have been made any easier, our removals company really helped us every step of the Way. We have moved to a few countries before and the hassle is so much to cope with. When we moved to Spain from Germany it was such a hard time trying to make sure everything was in order and packing our items at home took up a lot of our time. But this time was a lot easier as the removal company pack everything for us.
That home looks beautiful and priced reasonably for luxurious living. I also agree with the commenter above that the stone construction is just wonderful.
Now that I see what you can get for the money in Texas, i am ready to move!
My wife and I are looking at retirement property and Texas was one of the places that came to mind.
I really love the rock on this home. Great color and great look for a house.
