Sell Your Home Fast with a Great First Impression

I really enjoyed this article and thought I would share with you.  Phoebe Chongchua talks about the importance of smell as it is subconsciously the first impression that a potential buyer gets when stepping into your home.  It is highly important that your home look and smell clean.  If it doesn’t, you won’t get potential buyers past the front door.

So if you are a pet owner and are preparing to place your home on the market, ask friends and neighbors to give your property a sniff test.  Individuals not living in the home will have the ability to answer objectively and honestly.
